Delivery Information


UK Customers

Delivery is 3-5 working days – £4.95       A signature is required for this service.

Delivery times apply to items that are in stock. If there are any foreseeable delays with your order we will inform you accordingly.

* Please note: Your item will be delivered by a courier service and will require a signature upon delivery, customers must ensure that they are available to receive the goods. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. We can usually inform you on what day you can expect delivery after you have placed your order. Send us an email at and we will try our best to give you an expected delivery date.

International Customers

 We are able to arrange shipping to most of Europe and the USA.

Delivery is 3-7 working days   The shopping Cart will calculate the shipping costs based on the total weight of the items that you order.

* If your country is not mentioned above or you would like to get an idea of how much shipping will cost to your country please email us at  telling us what you would like to order and where you would like it delivered. We can then advice you of the shipping costs.


Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges


In order to cancel your order, please send us an email at, we will then cancel your order and refund your payment. Your money will be refunded within 10 days of the cancellation of your order. 

*Please note that cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges:

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items as long as they meet the following conditions:

In the first instance please email us at to inform us that you would like to arrange a return.  We will then send you instructions on how you can return the item.  Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are returned by recorded delivery. Please obtain and keep a proof of posting certificate from the post office in case the parcel is lost during dispatch.

* We are sorry but we are unable to refund the delivery and return postage costs for unwanted items. Delivery and return postage costs will only be refunded in the case of incorrect or faulty goods. If the item returned to us has been used or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to withhold an appropriate amount from the refund.

* Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed from the date on which the return is received by us, although refunds are normally processed within 7-10 days.

Please Note: As many of the items are handmade, sometimes slight irregularities in the stitching may occur but this will not detract from the overall appearance or quality of the product and is to be expected in handmade products of this nature. These are not faults.
