WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK?

We are very sorry if an item you want to buy is not in stock. We only ever hold a few of each design and sometimes we cannot predict the popularity of these items and they sell out quickly. Due to the nature of these products being handmade it is not always possible to order the exact same item again from our supplier but we do endeavour to replenish our stock as soon as possible with similar items. Please do check back with the website to view our new stock.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ITEM?

For UK Customers Standard delivery is 3-5 working days – £4.95     A signature is required for this service.

* Please note: Your item will be delivered by a courier service and will require a signature upon delivery, customers should ensure that they are available to receive the goods.

            International Customers

            We are able to arrange shipping to most of Europe and the USA.

            Delivery is normally 3-7 working days to most countries.

            *The shopping Cart will calculate the shipping costs based on the total weight of your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS?

If you have any general questions/enquiries about our products, you can email us at info@majestic-india.com or use the contact form on the Contact Us page. We will try to reply to your email within 24 hours.

*UK calls are charged at the normal rate (not premium rates).

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

In the first instance please email us at info@majestic-india.com to inform us that you would like to arrange a return.  We will then send you instructions on how you can return the item to us.  Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and are returned by recorded delivery. Please obtain and keep a proof of posting certificate from the post office in case the parcel is lost during dispatch.

We are sorry but we are unable to refund the delivery and return postage costs for unwanted items. Delivery and return postage costs will only be refunded in the case of incorrect or faulty goods.

* Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed from the date on which the return is received by us. Refunds are normally processed within 7-10 days.

WHAT IF I DONT LIKE THE ITEM?

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items as long as they meet the following conditions:

* We are sorry but we are unable to refund the delivery charge or the postage costs for returning an unwanted item.  

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

All of our products are quality checked before dispatch, if in the unlikely event the product has a fault, please e-mail us at info@majestic-india.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item to inform us.  We will then send you instructions on how you can return the item. 

Please Note: As many of the items are handmade sometimes slight irregularities in the stitching may occur but this will not detract from the overall appearance or the quality of the product and is to be expected in handmade products of this nature. These are not faults.

You can pay using any major UK debit and credit cards through our payment provider PAYPAL. We accept the following cards.

ARE MY PAYMENTS SECURE?

All credit card payments made during on-line transactions are handled on our behalf by Paypal a secure payment gateway. No credit card details are processed or stored at any time on our website. We promise that your personal information is secure. Every transaction is processed using the latest industry standards for secure online credit card transactions. Secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process.

Any personal information you provide on our website during registration and checkout is kept secure by additional encryption using Globalsign SSL Certificates.

WILL MY DETAILS BE KEPT PRIVATE?

When you place an order from our website, we may collect the following information in order to process your order: your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address. We respect your privacy and all personal information will not be shared with third parties it will be kept secure and used only to process your orders and to offer you the best possible customer service. We may from time to time send you emails to update you on new stock and current offers.    

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

If you have a code for either a discount or free shipping you will need to apply this to the shopping cart. You will be asked if you would like to add a coupon, enter the code in the space provided and the discount will then be applied to the shopping cart. If your code is for free shipping enter the code in the same way and the shipping charge will then be deducted at checkout.

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BEDSPREAD?

All our bedding and cushion covers will have care instruction labels. Due to the nature of the intricate stitching and embroidery on our bedding most of our products will be dry clean only.
